Two Driven experts
At the origin of Fixndril, there are two men, two entrepreneurs passionate about the world of drilling: Fabien and Alexis.
With over twenty years of experience each, they first travelled to construction sites all over the world, working as MWD/LWD Engineer, Directional Driller, and many other roles.
This shared field experience is what unites them and gives them their strength.
One shared Conviction
Their desire to go further leads them to take over a company, Enedril.
But their curiosity and practical sense quickly make them realize something: many PDC tools, still reusable, are scrapped too early.
An obvious truth emerges: it’s possible to work in energy while reducing waste.
Key Encounters
Because encounters are not by chance , Fabien and Alexis cross paths with Julien , a passionate welder-brazer with over twenty years of experience on drilling tools, and then with Delphine , also from the world of drilling, with a solid background in training and communication.
Together, they share the same energy and the same desire to create a human-sized, reliable, sustainable and committed service .
It was from this complementary team that Fabien and Alexis decided to create Fixndril .

Repairing them is the sensible choice: preserving resources, reducing waste, and perpetuating a unique technical expertise in France. Based in Béarn, the historical cradle of drilling, we are proud to leverage this local expertise to contribute to making this industry more respectful and sustainable. At Fixndril, Julien is our very own Edward Scissorhands!
A master in the art of brazing, welding, and resurfacing, he handles metal with precision. His true expertise is the foundation of every successful repair.
Delphine CATELAIN
Sales & Administrative Manager
Drawing on her experience in drilling, training, and communication, Delphine coordinates all commercial, administrative, and marketing operations. She ensures the smooth running of daily activities.
