Key Encounters
Because encounters are not by chance , Fabien and Alexis cross paths with Julien , a passionate welder-brazer with over twenty years of experience on drilling tools, and then with Delphine , also from the world of drilling, with a solid background in training and communication.
Together, they share the same energy and the same desire to create a human-sized, reliable, sustainable and committed service .
It was from this complementary team that Fabien and Alexis decided to create Fixndril .
One shared Conviction
Their desire to go further leads them to take over a company, Enedril.
But their curiosity and practical sense quickly make them realize something: many PDC tools, still reusable, are scrapped too early.
An obvious truth emerges: it’s possible to work in energy while reducing waste.
Two Driven experts
At the origin of Fixndril, there are two men, two entrepreneurs passionate about the world of drilling: Fabien and Alexis.
With over twenty years of experience each, they first travelled to construction sites all over the world, working as MWD/LWD Engineer, Directional Driller, and many other roles.
This shared field experience is what unites them and gives them their strength.

At Fixndril, we've chosen to give your PDC tools a second life. These tools are designed to withstand the most demanding drilling conditions, but are too often discarded before reaching their full potential. Repairing them is the sensible choice: preserving resources, reducing waste, and perpetuating a unique technical expertise in France. Based in Béarn, the historical cradle of drilling, we are proud to leverage this local expertise to contribute to making this industry more respectful and sustainable. Repair, reuse, redrill—that’s how we combine performance and environmental responsibility. Our team shares this same ambition: to offer a local, responsive, and rigorous service, while providing our clients with an economical and sustainable solution. Deux Passionnés
À l’origine de Fixndril, il y a deux hommes, deux entrepreneurs passionnés par le monde du forage: Fabien et Alexis.
Avec plus de vingt ans d’expérience chacun, ils ont d’abord parcouru les chantiers aux quatre coins du monde, exerçant comme MWD/LWD Engineer, Directional Driller, et bien d’autres fonctions.
Ce parcours de terrain, c’est ce qui les unit et fait leur force.
Une Conviction
Leur envie d’aller plus loin les pousse à reprendre une société, Enedril.
Mais leur curiosité et leur sens pratique les amènent vite à constater quelque chose : beaucoup d’outils PDC, encore réutilisables, sont mis au rebut trop tôt.
Une évidence s’impose alors : on peut travailler dans l’énergie tout en réduisant le gaspillage.
Des Rencontres
Parce que les rencontres ne doivent rien au hasard, Fabien et Alexis croisent la route de Julien, soudeur-braseur passionné, fort de plus de vingt ans d’expérience sur les outils de forage, puis de Delphine, elle aussi issue du monde du forage, avec un solide parcours dans la formation et la communication.
Ensemble, ils partagent la même énergie et la même envie de créer un service à taille humaine, fiable, durable et engagé.
C'est à partir de cette équipe complémentaire que Fabien et Alexis décident de créer Fixndril.

Julien GUILLET
Workshop Manager
At Fixndril, Julien is our very own Edward Scissorhands!
A master in the art of brazing, welding, and resurfacing, he handles metal with precision. His true expertise is the foundation of every successful repair.
Delphine CATELAIN
Sales & Administrative Manager
Drawing on her experience in drilling, training, and communication, Delphine coordinates all commercial, administrative, and marketing operations. She ensures the smooth running of daily activities.
