Inspection
We perform a rigorous double inspection on each PDC tool, reamers and openers: upon arrival and after work.
Thread gauging, API, magnetic, and precise measurements with our Go/No Go gauges.
A detailed report with photos and objective data is provided, ensuring total transparency and certified performance before return to service.

Repair
Cutters are at the heart of the performance of your PDC tools, reamers and openers.
When they are chipped, worn or misaligned, the entire effectiveness of the tool is degraded and the costs per meter drilled increase.
At Fixndril, we only remove the relevant cutters, replace them with elements adapted to your drilling context and check their alignment and their attack angles.
The goal is simple: restore your tool to its original cutting capacity, extend its lifespan and and help you avoid premature replacement.
Hardfacing
Hardfacing restores the thickness and abrasion resistance of PDC tool skirts and bodies.
We are able to reload your tungsten carbide or stellite tools.
Our state-of-the-art plasma station applies layers of high-durability stellite, ensuring optimal protection against wear even in the most aggressive formations.
This technology, unique in Béarn, also allows us to work on specific parts from other industries.
