Inspection

Réparation
Les cutters sont au cœur de la performance de vos outils PDC, reamers et openers.
Lorsqu’ils sont ébréchés, usés ou mal positionnés, c’est toute l’efficacité de l’outil qui se dégrade et les coûts au mètre foré augmentent.
Chez Fixndril, nous déposons uniquement les cutters concernés, les remplaçons par des éléments adaptés à votre contexte de forage et contrôlons leur alignement ainsi que leurs angles d’attaque.
L’objectif est simple : redonner à votre outil sa capacité de coupe d’origine, prolonger sa durée de vie et vous éviter l’achat prématuré d’un neuf.
Rechargement
Le rechargement restaure l’épaisseur et la résistance des jupes et corps d’outils PDC soumis à l’abrasion.
Nous sommes à même de recharger vos outils au carbure de tungstène ou à la stellite.
Notre poste plasma de pointe applique des couches de stellite haute durabilité, garantissant une protection optimale contre l’usure même dans les formations les plus agressives.
Cette technologie, unique dans le Béarn, nous permet aussi d’intervenir sur des pièces spécifiques d’autres industries.

Thread gauging, API, magnetic, and precise measurements with our Go/No Go gauges.

Repair
Cutters are at the heart of the performance of your PDC tools, reamers and openers.
When they are chipped, worn or misaligned, the entire effectiveness of the tool is degraded and the costs per meter drilled increase.
At Fixndril, we only remove the relevant cutters, replace them with elements adapted to your drilling context and check their alignment and their attack angles.
The goal is simple: restore your tool to its original cutting capacity, extend its lifespan and and help you avoid premature replacement.
Hardfacing
Hardfacing restores the thickness and abrasion resistance of PDC tool skirts and bodies.
We are able to reload your tungsten carbide or stellite tools.
Our state-of-the-art plasma station applies layers of high-durability stellite, ensuring optimal protection against wear even in the most aggressive formations.
This technology, unique in Béarn, also allows us to work on specific parts from other industries.
