PDC Bit
No introduction is needed for the one that drills the hardest formations: the PDC, the undisputed star of drilling.
Equipped with polycrystalline diamond cutters, it excels in rotation thanks to its extreme resistance and precise cutting capability.
When these cutters are chipped, worn or broken, we can remove them, replace them and restore the tool to its original drilling capacity, while preserving the tool body.
The Eccentric Reamer
Eccentric reamers are hole enlargers with a balanced mass to minimize vibrations and improve drilling conditions. They contribute to hole enlargement at the start of drilling. Their cutters, subjected to extreme mechanical stress, ensure precise and reliable reaming.
Fixndril works on these cutting elements to restore their full boring power.

The Concentric Reamer
The concentric reamer operates along the borehole axis to ensure a consistent diameter and minimize stress on equipment. Its mission: improve drilling conditions, especially deviated ones, to clean the well and cuttings bed.
Here again, the PDC cutters, distributed around the tool, ensure boring quality.
When wear When wear builds up, Fixndril precisely targets these cutters: removal, replacement, and geometry restoration to regain a reliable, consistent tool profile.

The Underreamer
The arm-type underreamer excels in aggressive hole enlargement, well beyond the initial pilot hole diameter. It’s perfect for ensuring good circulation, gravel packs, or well abandonment.
Its articulated arm mechanism (hydraulic or mechanical) can enlarge the pilot hole by over 100%, ideal for placing gravel packs or cement plugs.

Le Fixed Hole Opener
The fixed hole opener: a stable and powerful enlarger for hardened holes, it increases the hole diameter and removes ledges.
Versatile, it operates in rotary mode above an RSS or PDM. Its multi-level design is optimized to prevent jamming.
Our intervention is precise on the cutters and the structure in order to restore a nominal diameter and maximum stability.
